Installation Electrician for High and Low Voltage Electrical Installations
Tasks
- Performing high and low voltage electrical installations in residential, commercial, and industrial construction
- Procurement and scheduling of necessary materials together with the responsible project manager
- Organisation of construction sites (workflow, efficiency, order and cleanliness, safety measures for personnel, theft prevention)
- Supervision, training, and monitoring of assigned apprentices
- Updating project documents (plans, schematics, etc.)
- Maintaining construction logs and forwarding client requests and additional orders
- Preparing time sheets including signatures from those responsible
- Preparing billing bases (measurements)
- Conducting and documenting the initial safety inspection
- Assisting with quality control for the safety certificate
- Organising material returns and project completions
- Providing on-call and standby service for the electrical installation area
- Supporting and guiding assigned apprentices
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as an electrician or installation electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience
- Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
- Driving licence category B
