The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care center each in Basel and Riehen. To strengthen our Facility Management team, we are looking for a
Clerk Facility Management
50 - 60%
| Location Basel
Your Tasks
- Participation in operational procurement including invoice verification
- Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
- Support in data implementation in the maintenance software
- Deputy in the secretariat and in badge and key management including system support
- Participation in projects
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training and/or experience in the described area of responsibility
- Proficient MS Office skills and enjoyment in working with numbers
- Confident German language skills and good communication ability
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge and experience with maintenance software and locking systems are an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness for holiday cover (approx. 5 weeks per year at 100% workload)
