Social Pedagogue / Social Worker / Psychiatric Nursing Specialist (80 %)
The residential support service is aimed at adults who occasionally need individual support in the psychosocial area. They manage their daily lives in a furnished apartment rented by the Schmelzi Foundation in the Grenchen area or in their own apartment in the SDOL social region.
The goal is to support and promote independent living or to maintain it for as long as possible.
For our residential support, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue / Social Worker / Psychiatric Nursing Specialist to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Outreach counseling and support of assigned clients within the reference person system
- Implementation of pedagogical tasks according to the concept and instructions of the team and management as well as the referring agencies
- You work in a networked manner within the team, with internal and external areas, professionals, and clients
- Various administrative tasks, case management with GBM
- Participation in inquiries, admissions, and discharges of clients
Requirements
- Completed training in social pedagogy or equivalent training in the social or health sector
- Experience in supporting adults with mental impairments
- Driver's license B
- High degree of independence, good organizational skills, and proficient time management
- Sense of responsibility, resilience, and reliability
- Enjoyment of independent working methods
- Solution- and resource-oriented work, networked thinking
- Confident in case management documentation, writing, and language
- Proficient use of IT applications and communication tools
