Your tasks

• Preparation of meals according to dietary and nutritional medical guidelines
• Pre-production, preparation and serving of daily menus as well as the à la carte offer
• Professional support of staff in diet and nutrition questions
• Active assistance in the induction of new team members
• Co-responsibility in the training of our cook and diet cook apprentices

Your profile

• Completed training as a diet cook EFZ or further training as a diet cook with a federal diploma
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Passion for cooking – with creativity, care and a sense of quality
• Team spirit in a 17-member kitchen team
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word/Excel) and digital work tools
• Flexibility for weekend and public holiday duties (according to deployment planning)
