Your Tasks

• Coordinating order processing between sales, project management, and production
• Preparing quotations as well as recording and processing customer orders
• Supporting the project manager in implementing and managing customer projects/orders
• Providing administrative support to project managers, processing quotations and orders, and technically advising customers
• Creating documentation and evaluations as well as performing general administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Training in the electrical field, preferably as an electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, automation technician EFZ, or similar
• Further training as a technical merchant with a federal diploma or commercial school (or still in training)
• Good MS Office skills
• Organised, reliable, and team-oriented personality with a customer-friendly mindset and approach
• Solution-oriented and networked working style, strong service mentality, and enjoyment of new challenges
• German: Fluent (C2)
