About the job
ALIVE is the leading cultural advertising company in Switzerland. The management of outdoor and indoor poster sites and flyer distributions are part of the core business. In addition, ALIVE offers various services in the areas of ambient media and event promotion.
For the advice and support of our customers as well as order processing, we are looking for an independent customer advisor (40%). Ideal as a part-time job alongside studies.
As an assistant to the customer advisor, you are responsible for the back office. Your tasks include:
- Customer support and sales (existing customers)
- Acquisition of new customers
- Order processing and accounting
- Maintenance of the customer base
- Personal customer advice
- Customer visits
Your profile:
- Commercial apprenticeship, Matura, studies
- Age: 22-30 years
- Confident German and media literacy
- Reliable personality with enthusiasm for administration and communication
- You can organise yourself well in a small team
