Your team
For our accounting team in the Services & Operations area, we are looking for an experienced, skilled and motivated individual as a Foundation Accountant 100%. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the entire foundation accounting of the pension funds managed by us.
Your tasks
- Independent management of the accounting of pension institutions including preparation of annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26
- Performing reconciliation work between financial accounting and technical administration
- Contact person for auditors for interim and final audits as well as for queries from customer advisory, mandate management and benefits service
- Processing of incoming and outgoing payments
- Management of accounts payable and receivable accounting including debt collection
- Coordination and preparation of liquidity management and reporting
- Control and posting of securities accounting and, if applicable, real estate accounting
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of business processes
Your profile
- Commercial basic training and appropriate further education in finance and accounting
- Several years of experience in finance and accounting (ideally in managing foundation accounting including annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26)
- Experience in occupational pension provision is an advantage
- Very good IT user skills (especially MS Office), experience with Abacus, experience with MS-Pension is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, high willingness to learn, independence and an accurate as well as efficient working method
- Cheerful and open personality with enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
