What you will achieve with us

• Administrative and organisational support of the medical staff
• Creating and editing medical reports (admission and discharge reports, progress documentation, etc.)
• Checking and entering service records including report controlling
• Appointment coordination and communication with internal and external parties (patients, relatives, authorities, etc.)
• Representation within the medical administration KPPP; willingness to temporarily increase employment level up to 100% during holiday cover
• General secretarial duties, possibly taking on special tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial, medical or equivalent basic training (e.g. MPA, pharmaceutical assistant, etc.)
• Possibly further training as a medical secretary
• Very good and confident German language skills (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage
• Proficient and confident IT skills (MS Office)
• Organisational talent with a service-oriented and independent working style
• Reliable, resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
