J. SCHNEEBERGER Maschinen AG develops and produces state-of-the-art CNC-controlled 5-axis grinding machines with integrated robotics for the manufacture and regrinding of cutting tools and the production of various precision parts. The internationally active family business is represented in all major markets with its own sales and service branches or qualified partners. Customers include companies from tool manufacturing, the automotive industry and its suppliers, general mechanical engineering, the aerospace industry, energy, and medical technology.

What you can achieve with us:

• You process international customer orders and independently support the organisational handling from recording to timely delivery
• You prepare the complete machine acceptance documents for handover to customers and internal departments
• You are responsible for export processing including correct and timely preparation of all necessary shipping and customs documents (for sea, air, and land transport)
• You are responsible for the creation and handling of bank guarantees as well as the control and operational implementation of letters of credit
• You are responsible for the coordination and handling of machine financing in cooperation with leasing companies
• You plan, coordinate, and monitor appointments between internal assembly, external freight forwarders, and transport companies
• One day a week, you are the first point of contact for our customers, whom you assist at reception and on the phone – courteously and with great pleasure.

What we expect from you:

• You have completed commercial (or comparable) training
• You have already gained experience in export and/or internal sales and are well acquainted with this area
• You are very familiar with MS Office applications and enjoy getting to know new IT tools
• You have a structured way of working as well as excellent communication skills and are characterised by your high customer and service orientation
• You have confident German language skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form – any additional foreign language is an advantage
