As a Supervisor Inspection / Triage / RTS you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of a highly effective Team of approximately 10 to 15 employees, striving for safety and quality, while delivering in time and on cost expectations. You will coordinate the team’s activities with its direct stakeholders at SR Technics to ensure process flow and optimal outcome for the company

Your tasks
- Ensure a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace in line with all Safety, Health, Environmental and airworthiness regulations as well as SRT standards
- Ensure quality of workmanship and documentation at all times in accordance with authority and internal requirements
- Plan, assign and manage workforce (including vacation, skills, availability and efficiency) in line with engine planning and business demand
- Develop employees through training, skills management and performance management while fostering motivation and engagement
- Ensure operational excellence by organizing cross-departmental support, tools, equipment, documentation and process reliability
- Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean principles, managing 5S and improving processes to achieve KPI and organizational targets
- Build a performance-driven culture through clear target setting, structured follow-up and consistent leadership behavior
Your Profile
- Technical apprenticeship is a requirement
- 3 years of professional experience in MRO industry with significant understanding of operational activities
- Experience in a leadership role
- English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher
- Knowledge to apply Lean methodology
- Further management education desired but not a must
