Join the Client Business Compliance AML – Tax & Regulatory Lifecycle – GVA team, a dynamic group at the heart of the Bank’s tax and regulatory challenges.
As part of a fixed-term contract (FTC), you will analyse clients’ tax documentation (FATCA/QI/CRS), ensure its compliance with our internal rules and guidelines, and apply your expertise to support the front office in securing and optimising our processes throughout the client lifecycle.
Your role
Management of clients’ tax data:
- Analyse and verify the compliance of tax documents and instructions related to client account modification requests.
- Accurately record changes, services, documents, and other client data in the underlying banking systems.
- Perform quality checks, investigations, and ensure follow-up on necessary corrections.
Support and collaboration:
- Provide proactive support to managers and relationship officers by responding to their queries and handling their information requests.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure rigorous application of current regulations, tax rules, and guidelines.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, ideally with initial experience in the banking sector.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex and cross-functional processes.
- Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of IT tools, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of the Avaloq banking tool is an asset.
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Quality-oriented, with an analytical mind and great attention to detail.
- Curiosity, innovative mindset, and a taste for continuous process improvement.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Residence in Switzerland is mandatory.
