Your Tasks
- Development, implementation and continuous monitoring of an effective quality management system based on applicable DIN ISO standards
- Planning and execution of internal and external quality assurance measures
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially the structural requirements of the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA)
- Preparation, organisation and management of internal and external audits as well as coordination with certification bodies
- Identification of optimisation potentials and continuous development of QM processes in the sense of a lived quality culture
- Preparation of meaningful quality reports and conducting management reviews
- Close cooperation with specialist departments to promote a company-wide understanding of quality
- Supervision of the facilities in Oberhausen with independent scheduling
Your Profile
- Completed training in healthcare with further training in quality management or
- a relevant QM qualification (e.g. quality management officer, auditor) or
- many years of practical experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare
- Sound knowledge of DIN ISO standards as well as the structural requirements of the G-BA
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits as well as dealing with certification bodies
- Confident handling of common QM methods and MS Office applications
- Analytical strength and a systematic, structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and a confident manner
- Independent, responsible way of working
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Main place of work Oberhausen as well as willingness to travel within the West region
