Maintenance Specialist in a 100% Position for our Wonderful Care Institution
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and surroundings
- You support the housekeeping service with all technical, electrical and sanitary work
- You troubleshoot faults and carry out various repairs
- You assist with the smooth organisation of moves and apartment handovers
Your Profile
- Training as a maintenance specialist or equivalent
- You are not afraid of physical work
- Your reliable and precise way of working achieves even the highest goals
- You have a good sense for elderly people
