You will
- lead the Employee and Partner Business as well as International Clients teams both professionally and personally (a total of 5 employees)
- be the competent contact person especially for the French-speaking Valiant employees and their relatives and advise them comprehensively and professionally
- manage and expand your own client portfolio in the segments Financing, Investing and Pension Provision
- advise our products and services professionally and according to needs and be responsible for their technical processing
You bring
- a banking apprenticeship and several years of professional experience, especially in the credit sector
- up-to-date expertise and a completed bank-specific further education
- leadership skills or the motivation to take the next step into a leadership role
- a strong customer, service and target orientation as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
- a responsible and discreet handling of confidential data
- negotiation-level French language skills
- Finnova knowledge is an advantage
