A.H. Meyer & Cie AG is an established Swiss company with around 50 employees and almost 100 years of experience in the fields of import, wholesale and distribution of mineral oil products. As a leading member of the Swiss AVIA, we reliably supply trade and consumers with fuels and heating oil.

To complement and relieve our team, we are immediately looking for a committed and cooperative personality as

Commercial Employee (100% / permanent)

Your tasks:

• IT-supported invoicing including printing for our various retail sectors
• Recording daily delivery data in close cooperation with the dispatch and sales department
• Posting daily stock movements
• Preparing monthly financial statements and sales statistics
• Taking on deputising duties within the team

Your profile:

• Commercial or equivalent basic training
• Experience in invoicing or logistics, dispatch advantageous
• Independent, resilient, service-oriented and team-capable personality
• Quick comprehension as well as precise and reliable working method
• Proven MS Office and ERP knowledge
• Ideal age 26 to 49
• Native German language skills mandatory
