Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the financial administration of the real estate fund management and a listed real estate company.
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements in accordance with legal requirements and industry-specific standards.
- Participation in the planning of financial strategies and forecasts as well as budgeting activities.
- Handling the financial accounting for various transactions, construction projects, and capital measures.
- Review and coordination of accounting data provided by the administration.
- Collaboration with tax experts to ensure proper fulfilment of tax obligations.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience in accounting within the real estate industry.
- Professional certificate in finance and accounting or a university degree in accounting and/or business administration.
- Structured, precise, and reliable working style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with common accounting systems.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
