About the job
The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range extends from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offering at the Dielsdorf site is complemented by specialised treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
Freedom to shape your work and the opportunity to help develop dementia care with your expertise. This also includes responsibility in case management throughout the entire care process.
Sharing your proven professional experience as a Health Specialist EFZ and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or training sessions.

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent with SRK recognition
- Experience in dealing with people in long-term care is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (at least level B2)
- High social, methodological, and professional competence
- Empathy, patience, and a respectful approach to residents
- Enjoyment in accompanying older people with heart, respect, and professional competence
- Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to support each other
- Enjoyment of open and trusting interdisciplinary collaboration
- Openness to change and motivation to actively shape developments
- Up-to-date IT skills
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
