• Development and implementation of software solutions in the field of signalling technology for railway applications
• Support in planning, execution, and documentation of software tests in various environments (simulation, laboratory, vehicle)
• Collaboration with other engineers and teams to understand and implement technical requirements
• Troubleshooting and optimisation of existing software solutions

• Completed MSc degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or a similar field
• Basic knowledge in software programming, ideally PLC (Python, C#/C++ are also desirable)
• Familiarity with software versioning tools such as SVN and Git
• Interest in railway technology and signalling technology
• Teamwork skills, initiative, and good communication abilities
• Good German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
