SAP Expert, Data & Support

As a SAP-PM process expert and Subject Matter Expert, you are a central contact person. Among other things, you are jointly responsible for the business-side operation of SAP-PM in Bern.

• Responsible for the operational area of D&S. This includes:

  • Organization of work, daily planning and daily meeting

  • Master Data Management processes

  • 1st level user support

  • Support of SAP-PM order process

  • Handling of order documents

  • Process monitoring and dunning lists

  • Tracking of anomalies and deviations (Incident/Deviation)

  • Providing data, analyses and information

• As SME in Data Life Cycle Management, jointly responsible for data structure, processes, transactions and associated data.

• Together with the SME team, you support and further develop the business applications in the D&S area. This includes data process automation, reporting, initiating system/process improvements and conducting/documenting UAT (SAP PM, Saperion, DocNet, Veeva, ITSM, Forms).

• Representation of the needs of the site and D&S in committees, projects and meetings.

• Creation and maintenance of the Data & Support presence (communication) in iNet, CSLNow and related systems.

Qualifications

Education:

• Technical or commercial basic training

• Vocational baccalaureate or comparable further education

• Studies in economics, computer science or a related field

• Further training in SAP and data management

Experience:

• Experience in SAP PM / EAM and master data

• Several years of experience in SAP master data management

• Use of various IT systems (Office, Saperion, ServiceNow, Veeva…)

• Analyzing data and transactions of systems and interfaces

• Analyzing, optimizing and designing processes

• Experience in 1st level support

• Participation in and/or leadership of projects and working groups

• Assertiveness and high social competence in teamwork and towards internal customers

• Negotiation skills in German and English, spoken and written

• Knowledge of and initial practical experience with agile working methods (SCRUM, Kanban etc.)
