Foreman Steel Structure Assembly 100%

• Execution of complete steel structures
• Responsibility for the assigned assembly personnel (including subcontractors, temporary workers)
• Ensuring occupational safety, cleanliness and order on the construction site
• Responsibility for meeting deadlines
• Responsibility for assigned vehicles, tools and machines
• Daily documentation of completed work and reporting to the assembly manager
• Quality control of manufactured components
• Compliance with standards and guidelines to ensure product quality

• Completed training as a locksmith, metalworker or in a related field
• Experience in steel and metal construction
• Technical understanding and the ability to read and implement technical drawings
• Sound knowledge of metal processing and welding technology
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office)
• A high degree of responsibility, independence and reliability
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• An organised, sociable and team-oriented personality who reacts flexibly to challenges
• Driving licence category B and BE
