What makes your work particularly attractive

In this responsible role as team-leading nursing specialist, you take on the professional and personnel management of the day clinic and actively shape the further development of our therapeutic offerings. At the same time, you work closely with our patients. You support and accompany people with substance dependency and/or multiple problems who are undergoing a withdrawal therapy in the day clinic and bring your experience and personality into daily work. You independently lead therapeutic, theme-centred group modules and perform NADA ear acupuncture. Milieu therapeutic offerings are also part of your duties, as are planning and coordination tasks. Interprofessional exchange is a central part of your work: you maintain close contact with other specialist areas and actively participate in reports.

What distinguishes you

You are characterised by pronounced organisational skills, have leadership experience, and value interprofessional collaboration. You bring several years of experience in psychiatry and addiction and are accustomed to working independently and leading groups. Furthermore, you have good organisational abilities, are communicatively skilled, and enjoy working in projects and working groups.
