What to expect

• You advise our private and corporate customers by phone and in writing in all areas of real estate law (including tenancy law, contract for work and services, property law and insurance law)

• You analyse various facts and solve problems in a straightforward and pragmatic manner for our customers

• You independently conduct negotiations with policyholders, opposing parties and authorities

• You are IT-savvy and actively assist in the implementation of new systems

What you bring

• You efficiently and practically find the best solutions for our customers
• You are pragmatic, flexible and possess strong communication skills as well as excellent negotiation skills
• You have professional experience in real estate law (tenancy law, contract for work and services, etc.)
• You hold a Swiss university degree in law
• Your German is very fluent; any additional foreign language is a plus
• Your resilience allows you to remain calm even in hectic times
