Your Tasks
- Support of the HR team in daily business, including general administrative tasks
- Maintenance and management of digital personnel files
- Organization and coordination of appointments with the company doctor
- Processing and filing of medical certificates
- Processing of the accident reporting process (occupational and non-occupational accident insurance)
- Collaboration in the further development of internal processes and documents
- Support in topics such as personnel marketing or digitization – depending on interest and current projects
- Assistance with onboarding / Welcome Day
Your Profile
- You are studying business administration, (work) psychology, or a related field, are in an HR training program, or are preparing for a training or study with a gap year
- You work carefully, structured, and independently
- The confidential handling of personnel data is a matter of course for you
- You are interested in HR topics and enjoy working in a team
- You have a digital affinity and feel confident using MS Office and other applications
