Expert Cyber Security Consultant

Advise and implement, all from a single source. As an Expert Cyber Security Consultant, you lead mandates in information security, governance, and security architecture, bringing your solutions directly to the client together with our security specialists and IT teams.

What to expect:

• Lead mandates: You independently manage consulting mandates, from status assessment to implementation, and act as the central contact person for your clients, including in CISO-as-a-Service mandates

• Governance & ISMS: You develop security strategies, roadmaps, and governance structures and support clients in building and operating their ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001 as well as meeting regulatory requirements

• Advance architectures: You assess security architectures for cloud, hybrid, and enterprise environments and develop them purposefully, covering topics such as Zero Trust, IAM, data security, and Microsoft 365 security

• From analysis to decision: You conduct assessments, risk analyses, and workshops, translate complex requirements into pragmatic measures, and present results to management and specialist committees

• Achieve more together: You work closely with our teams from penetration testing, cyber defence centre, IAM, managed security, and network services as well as operations teams, contribute to proposals, and actively develop our consulting portfolio

What you bring:

• Mandate experience: You have several years of experience in cyber or information security consulting and have independently led mandates or projects. You are confident in client contact up to executive level and convince in German, both spoken and written

• Technical breadth: You are familiar with security governance, ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001, and security architectures, ideally also with topics such as cloud, IAM, or Microsoft 365 security. Your technical understanding is sufficient to discuss with engineers on equal terms

• Impact as motivation: You are motivated to make a tangible difference for clients, both independently and in multidisciplinary teams from consulting, engineering, and operations

• Willingness to shape: You take initiative, contribute your own ideas, and gladly take on topics beyond your mandate
