Sales Assistant with Additional Responsibilities 100%
Tasks
- Courteous care and advice for guests
- Serving drinks and food at the buffet including cash handling
- Sales with active upselling and recommendation of specials
- Performing cash register closings and daily accounts
- Advising guests about the offer and providing information on allergens
- Complying with and implementing hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy or service
- Friendly and customer-oriented manner
- You are service- and customer-oriented
- You feel comfortable in system gastronomy
- You keep calm even when the place is busy
- Willingness to work shifts as well as weekend and public holiday duties
- Good knowledge of German, additional languages are a plus
