Your tasks:

• Service and repairs in the municipal and railway sector on all ZAUGG products with assignments in Switzerland, Europe and occasionally the USA or Asia
• Writing service reports as well as time and material bookings in SAP
• Supporting the dispatch office regarding ongoing and upcoming orders (spare parts, documents, etc.)
• Communicating with the customer about work and orders to be carried out
• Repairing individual components (engines, gearboxes, axles, etc.) at the Eggiwil and Schüpbach plants
• Assisting in improving the products including feedback to product management and development
• Assisting in the further development and improvement of the customer service of Zaugg AG
• Active participation in customer and dealer training as well as internal staff training

Your profile:

• Technical basic training as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or similar
• Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, preferably as a service technician
• Willingness for irregular service and assembly assignments at home and abroad
• Good knowledge of German is required, other languages are an advantage, especially oral knowledge of English
