The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the elderly and health centres Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 250 employees is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.

The Tägerhalde site is looking for a calm and empathetic personality for the protected residential group for people with dementia-related developments with 21 residents. You will make an important contribution to quality and further development as well as the promotion of employees in the residential group and work according to the normality principle.

Your new tasks

• Quality development and initiation of projects in cooperation with the head of care and nursing as well as the nursing expert
• Assuming daily responsibility for nursing and organisational matters
• Implementation of the resource model and the normality principle
• Participation in direct care
• Management and review of RAI documentation and performance recording for the residents
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders

What you bring with you

• Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
• Proven experience and passion in the care and nursing of people with dementia-related developments
• Understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Networked thinking as well as curiosity and openness to new things
• Strong organisational skills
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good IT user skills
