About the job

Do you keep track of suppliers, prices and products and like to contribute your own ideas? Then a varied role awaits you with us at the interface of purchasing and product management, where you can actively help shape assortments and processes.

Your tasks

• Collaboration in the purchasing team for the procurement of products from national and international suppliers
• Maintenance and further development of supplier relationships
• Obtaining and coordinating prices, conditions, delivery times and product information
• Maintenance and updating of article master data, prices and technical product information
• Collaboration in product management, especially in assortment maintenance, introduction of new products and updating product information
• Coordination and maintenance of product documentation, technical documents and supplier information
• Support in product-related projects and assortment optimisations
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners

What you bring

• Technical basic training, ideally complemented by commercial further training or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in purchasing, supplier management, article master data maintenance or product management is an advantage
• Interest in technical products and enjoyment in acquiring new product knowledge and familiarising yourself with the HVAC industry
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Communication skills and a good sense in dealing with suppliers and internal contacts
• Good MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• German at native level; further language skills are an advantage
