• Independent handling of personal injuries in collective daily sickness benefits including their medical assessment
• Regular telephone exchange with insured persons and employers as well as handling standardized and individual correspondence
• Collaboration with internal departments such as case management, consulting doctors, UVG team, sales, specialist management, etc.
• Written clarifications with treating doctors and the involved social insurances
• Accompanying and supporting customer visits 

• Commercial or equivalent basic training
• Practical experience in the insurance industry or in the field of customer support
• Confident German in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, high customer orientation and resilience
