YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for the smooth running of logistics processes (goods receipt, material provision, internal transport, and disposal on site)
- Creation and management of the monthly shift schedule taking operational requirements into account
- Planning, organizing, and conducting inventories in close coordination with operational procurement
- Ensuring the operation of technical systems (high-bay warehouse and shredder system) including coordination of maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring and complying with occupational safety guidelines
- Identification and implementation of optimization potentials (CIP), especially in the areas of processes, workplace organization, and interface management
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g., production, dispatch) as well as external partners (e.g., Swiss Post / mail center)
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of experience in logistics and/or production environment
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- High solution orientation and pragmatic action – even in demanding and time-critical situations
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
- Clean criminal and debt register extract
