Deputy Store Manager / Branch Manager 100%

Your Tasks

• You support the branch management in implementing the company strategy as well as in achieving budget and cost targets
• You ensure attractive product presentation, optimal processes, and a positive shopping experience
• You share responsibility for leading and developing the team
• You inspire our customers with your expertise and personal commitment
• You ensure that daily processes run smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are maintained
• You monitor inventory levels and ensure that sufficient goods are always available

Your Profile

• You have completed training (EFZ) in retail with a focus on food
• Experience in leading employees and developing teams is desirable
• You understand economic contexts and act entrepreneurially
• You love direct customer contact and sell with enthusiasm
• Even under high traffic, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP R/3
• You are willing to work flexibly, including Saturdays and Sundays and irregular hours
