About the job
Head of Fiduciary & Finance (m/f/d)
HR2next specialises in providing companies with comprehensive support in HR, payroll and finance. Whether short-term challenges or long-term partnerships – we specifically fill vacancies and create solutions that have a lasting impact. As an HR and finance boutique, we understand the specific needs of each company and offer customised approaches. From outsourcing your payroll to supporting the optimisation of HR processes to assistance in finance and accounting. With our expertise and flexibility, we close every gap and fill the vacuum – competently, reliably and future-oriented.
You will take on a central role with us in the development of our new Finance & Fiduciary division.
This means: You do not simply take over an existing client portfolio, but develop a new business area together with management – professionally, organisationally and entrepreneurially.
Ideally, you bring your own network, build new client relationships, win mandates and gradually develop a sustainable fiduciary business from them. At the same time, you create the necessary structures, processes and standards and build your own team as the volume of mandates increases.
Your tasks
- Building the Finance & Fiduciary division from scratch, active acquisition and winning of new mandates
- Utilising and further developing your own network
- Building long-term client relationships
- Advising SMEs, entrepreneurs and start-ups
- Taking over and managing newly acquired mandates
- Preparation and review of annual financial statements, tax returns as well as financial and payroll accounting
- Consulting in the areas of accounting, taxes and corporate management
- Supporting company formations, restructurings, capital changes and succession solutions
- Building efficient, digital processes and quality standards
- Co-designing offers, prices and services
- Gradual building, leading and professional development of your own team
- Close collaboration with management on the strategic development of the division
We are not looking for a classic mandate manager who simply takes over an existing portfolio.
We are looking for a personality who is eager to build something of their own, takes responsibility and thinks entrepreneurially. Someone who is professionally strong, enjoys winning and supporting clients and takes pleasure in developing a standalone business area with a strong team from initial mandates.
Your profile
- Fiduciary certificate, certified fiduciary expert or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector, ideally in a mandate management role
- Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law
- Experience in advising and supporting SMEs
- An existing network and enthusiasm for acquisition
- Initiative, quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
- Enjoyment in building structures, processes and teams
- The desire to shape and further develop a division in the long term
What we offer
- A varied role in a dynamic and future-oriented company
- Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home
- A motivated and collegial team that supports you during your induction
- A modern working environment with short decision-making paths
- Performance-based remuneration and additional benefits
