Educator (m/f/d) Salon | Central and Eastern Switzerland

Job Description

In this versatile position, you inspire and support our hairdressers by developing their technical skills and expertise. You independently plan, organise and conduct in-salon training, academy seminars, virtual education trainings and on-demand videos in the areas of colour, care and styling. Furthermore, you continuously manage and develop your assigned territory in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

This is a permanent full-time position in Eastern and Central Switzerland (Zurich, Lucerne, St. Gallen).

What you will do:

• Inspire and develop the technical skills and expertise of our hairdressers
• Plan, prepare and conduct in-salon training, academy seminars, virtual education and on-demand videos in the areas of colour, care and styling
• Plan, organise and participate in events and trade fairs
• Customer advice and support in the assigned territory
• Further develop the assigned support area in cooperation with our sales & marketing team
• Perform administrative tasks, such as creating seminar and training plans
• Regularly attend training sessions and meetings in Baar ZG as well as learn and deepen knowledge of new products through self-study

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a hairdresser
• Completed professional examination modules 1 & 2
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a hairdresser
• Experienced user of Microsoft PPT, Excel and general PC skills
• Social media knowledge
• Fluent German; additional language skills are an advantage (English, French, Italian)
• Excellent expertise as a hairdresser. Strong creativity and manual skills
• Planning and organisational skills
• Strong methodological and didactic skills as well as communication strength
• High service and customer orientation
• High commitment and flexibility
• Team player with initiative
• Enjoyment of travel and flexible working hours
