Your Responsibilities

You will advise and represent Swiss and international clients in demanding commercial legal disputes. You will take early responsibility and manage mandates largely independently – from developing litigation strategies, drafting legal documents, to representing clients before courts and arbitral tribunals.

Your area of work will particularly include disputes arising from contract, commercial, and corporate law. You will be in direct contact with our clients and work closely with our partners and other team members on complex, often interdisciplinary mandates.

Your Profile

You hold a Swiss bar admission and have several years of professional experience in litigation, preferably both at a court and in a commercial law-oriented law firm. You have a strong interest in forensic work and are familiar with independently handling demanding civil litigation cases.

In addition to excellent legal qualifications and precise written expression, we expect a high level of commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibility. You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner, present yourself confidently, and convince through entrepreneurial thinking as well as a professional approach to clients. Fluent German and very good English skills are required; additional language skills are an advantage.
