Your Tasks
- Independent management of construction sites in building construction, civil engineering, and renovation from construction scheduling and work preparation through execution to measurement, change order management, and final billing
- Responsible for quality, deadlines, and costs
- Deployment planning and leadership of the construction site team
- Implementation of occupational safety measures
- Maintaining partnership contacts with clients, business partners, and employees
Your Profile
You have completed training as a mason and have further training as a construction foreman or a comparable qualification. With your confident, innovative, and motivated personality, you lead projects efficiently and goal-oriented. Ideally, you are proficient in using the SORBA construction administration and are familiar with Swiss construction practices as well as the applicable legislation. Reliability and independent work are among your strengths, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a team-oriented leadership style. You have good MS Office skills, and your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good.
