DevOps Engineer Workplace Client Engineering (m/f/d)

• Further development of the hardware and software solutions of our digital workplace
• Developing and implementing new, future-proof solutions and concepts in the areas of Client Engineering (hardware, operating system, software distribution, Active Directory, virtual clients, security solutions)
• Ensuring high security and operational requirements in the workplace area
• Planning and implementing demanding enterprise projects in close cooperation with architecture, network engineering and IT security
• Shaping and supporting the journey to the cloud, in particular connecting and managing our clients to various cloud services (e.g. zero-trust clients, client monitoring, device control)
• Identifying and implementing automation potentials along the client and workplace processes

• Completed university degree (FH, university) in computer science or equivalent education
• Several years of professional experience in a complex client engineering environment as well as practical experience in programming or scripting
• Sound knowledge in at least two of the following areas: device management, Windows Defender, System Center Configuration Manager, Citrix or remote access solutions
• Experience in designing and developing new solution architectures in the workplace or client environment
• You convince with your team-oriented, communicative and eager-to-learn nature and are open to new things
• You communicate very confidently in German, both orally and in writing
