Procurement Manager (all)

• You conduct public and non-public procurements in the field of solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS) together with the specialist departments and independently lead turnkey negotiations
• You develop innovative procurement strategies and implement them to specifically optimize quality, costs, and sustainability
• You coach internal stakeholders in public procurement law, thereby strengthening know-how throughout the company
• You manage contract and claim management and are responsible for sustainable, compliant procurement processes
• You identify savings potentials and implement them effectively with a strategically and operationally thought-out approach
• You conduct negotiations with suppliers on equal footing – determined and success-oriented – and integrate market innovations early into your projects

• Completed basic electrical engineering training combined with further education in procurement (e.g., as a federally certified procurement specialist or procurement manager) or an equivalent qualification as well as relevant professional experience in the solar and BESS sector
• Knowledge in international procurement, a deep understanding of global markets, and comprehensive know-how in contract law
• You bring pronounced negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a networked way of thinking
• You convince as a strong communicator and networker in German, English, and preferably French, think end-to-end, and inspire with your motivation and commitment
• High IT affinity (MS Office 365, SAP Ariba, etc.), perseverance, and persuasiveness
• You bring occasional willingness to travel and are ready to travel abroad for 2–3 days depending on the project phase
