Your mission:
The Inside Sales Agent B2B Work Supplies makes an important contribution to the company's success. In this position, you have a lot of freedom to act, personal responsibility and work in an exciting and dynamic environment with a lot of sales potential.
What you can achieve with us:
- You are responsible for the telephone support and expansion of business customers in your own portfolio
- Proactively and through direct approach (outbound) you ensure consulting as well as sales of our products and services in the areas of office products, food & beverage, PPE etc.
- You recognize customer potential and independently take appropriate sales measures
- You acquire new customers as well as former customers by phone
- You are independent in creating price offers
- Daily reporting of customer calls is not a burden for you
- Recording orders and customer master data also belong to your tasks
Your superpowers and successes:
- Career changers with completed commercial training, in retail or similar field possible
- Ideally, you already have experience in telephone sales and/or customer support
- You enjoy customer contact and your superpowers are to inspire them
- You communicate flawlessly in German, French skills are an advantage
