Your tasks:

• Managing property accounting for condominium ownership and rental properties
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements as well as off-cycle accounts
• Preparing budgets
• Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Monitoring incoming payments and conducting dunning processes
• Collaborating with property managers and external partners

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Professional experience in accounting for condominium ownership and rental properties
• Passion for property and its management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high quality awareness
• Enjoyment in working on complex topics and taking responsibility
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of the property management software ImmoTop2 is an advantage
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
