Head of Network Infrastructure & Service (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the strategic, organisational and economic management of the Network Infrastructure & Service division (EBL network and Saphir Group AG)
- Development and implementation of the network and infrastructure strategy taking into account supply security, regulation and economic efficiency
- Scaling and further development of the infrastructure service business, especially the Saphir Group
- Ensuring a stable, efficient and economical network operation (network levels 2–7) as well as further development of asset management according to ISO 55000
- Management of investment programmes, key performance indicators as well as risks and digitalisation projects
- Development of new business areas, customer and market segments as well as implementation of partnerships, cooperations and M&A initiatives
- Leadership of a high-performing management team including Head of Network and CEO Saphir Group as well as further development of organisation and leadership models
- Assumption of governance and board functions as well as representation in industry and specialist committees
- Active shaping of corporate development as a member of the executive management
Your Qualities
- University degree (Master) in energy/electrical engineering, industrial engineering or business administration with further training in general management or business development
- Several years of experience in strategy and corporate development in the energy, infrastructure or industrial environment including sound understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Proven expertise in business development and scaling of growth businesses, ideally in the infrastructure or utility environment
- In-depth experience in M&A, investment management and transformation including integration and performance management
- Sound knowledge in asset management as well as in infrastructure projects (planning, construction, operation) and dealing with long-term investment cycles
- Several years of leadership experience in complex organisations including leadership of managers and management teams
