Handling complex liability claims involving bodily injury, notably medical liability cases, canton, municipality, company and motor vehicle
Review and assessment of coverage and liability issues, calculation of damages and payment of benefits
Conducting negotiations with policyholders, injured parties, legal representatives and other authorities
Processing and execution of active and passive recourse claims

Your skills and talents

Lawyer/attorney or specialist in civil liability
Several years of experience in handling complex claims in the field of civil liability with bodily injury
Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills, as well as high social and technical competence
Ease in human contact, perseverance, dynamism and independence
Ability to take initiative and team spirit
Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German is an advantage
