Supply Chain Specialist

To strengthen our Product Care team in the Supply Chain area, we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality as:

Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d) 80–100 %

The Life Cycle Management department takes care of the products at the Bern site throughout their entire life cycle. Within this department, the Product Care team is particularly responsible for coordinating launches and packaging changes.

We are looking for support from a motivated, team-oriented, and structured person with a strong sense of organization and communication.

In this versatile position, you take responsibility in a regulated and international environment. You work at the interface between planning, purchasing, production, logistics, regulatory affairs, and global project teams.

Your tasks essentially include:

• Coordination of product launches at the Bern site in close cooperation with global functions
• Management of changes and new creations of packaging materials according to regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders, such as planning, production, quality assurance regarding inquiries about first deliveries, special cases, or changes
• Initiation and follow-up of change requests
• Co-design and further development of processes and workflows, including the creation and maintenance of SOPs and work instructions
• Collaboration on cross-departmental projects within Life Cycle Management and Supply Chain – with room for initiative and ideas

Qualifications & Professional Experience:

• Completed commercial or comparable training
• Initial professional experience in a comparable function – ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical technology industry
• Enjoy working at interfaces and experience in project coordination
• You work solution-oriented, think in networks, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good English skills
• Experience in the GMP environment is an advantage
