Your Tasks
- Support of the school management in the organisational, professional and personnel management of the nursing school
- Participation in the further development and implementation of modern pedagogical concepts in nursing education
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of theoretical and practical teaching units
- Organisation and coordination of school processes as well as support in quality management
- Accompanying and advising trainees during theoretical and practical training
- Cooperation with internal and external cooperation partners as well as practical training sites
- Participation in examinations, school projects and curricular developments
Your Profile
- Completed training in a nursing profession as well as a completed pedagogical university degree or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in nursing pedagogy or in the field of nursing education
- Initial leadership experience or interest in a leadership role in the education sector
- Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of working with trainees and further developing modern educational concepts
- Ability to work in a team as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
