Contribute
- Management of smaller projects related to organisation, quality, and processes
- Responsibility for projects from initiation to successful completion including transition to operations
- Planning and controlling projects regarding deadlines, quality, and resources
- Developing practical solution concepts together with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating various interest groups and ensuring target-appropriate communication
- Independently gathering information, driving decisions forward, and following up on agreed tasks
Bring along
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare
- Communicative personality who understands how to analyse customer requirements, develop solution concepts, and implement them successfully
- Good (self-)organisation, willingness to learn, and an independent working style are natural to you
- You feel comfortable in a developing environment and act pragmatically and proactively even when processes are not yet fully defined.
- You drive projects independently, actively gather necessary information, and keep an overview despite differing priorities of various stakeholders. Persuasion and consistent follow-up are natural to you.
- Successfully completed advanced vocational training or further education; a (part-time) degree in health economics or business administration is an advantage.
