• You are in an exciting hub function: You have telephone and written contact with insured persons, service providers, and other third parties and ensure that the various parties always feel competently supported
• Gatekeeper function for all customers in the AXA health care sector
• Focus on quality in digital channels (customer portal, myAXA app, etc.)
• You work closely with the back office team, also across departments
• You independently coordinate the various customer concerns and assign them to the appropriate departments

• You have a commercial education with experience in health insurance and/or basic medical training (e.g. pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FaGe, nursing specialist)
• You enjoy challenging conversations with customers
• You have excellent German skills in spoken and written form, a second national language (French or Italian) is a must, any additional language is an advantage
• You put our customers at the center and strive to provide them with an excellent "Customer Experience"
• You describe yourself as a flexible, independent, and resilient personality who enjoys working in a team
