Residential home with day structure and

The Wohnheim Öpfuböimli Foundation in Oberaargau in the canton of Bern offers at its two
locations in Huttwil a comprehensive, professional living, leisure, activation, and care service
on a Christian basis to fifteen adults with cognitive or multiple impairments.
To strengthen our team "Living Group Nyffel" we are looking for a
Specialist Employee Living/Care 40 - 80%
Your tasks
- You accompany our residents in their daily life and leisure
- You actively participate in the care and personal hygiene of our
residents - Necessary household tasks are of course part of your duties
- You especially accompany one to two of our residents
- In cooperation with our assistants, you also take responsibility
for a day service
Your profile
- You have a professional qualification in care, support, pedagogy or equivalent at
secondary or tertiary level. - You are flexible, resilient and contribute to the appreciative atmosphere in the
team. - Ideally, you have already worked with cognitively and physically impaired people
and have no hesitation to assist with personal care. - You are also willing to work on weekends and take on night on-call duties.
