Then you are exactly right with us! For our specialised dementia team, we are looking for a committed qualified nurse who competently and empathetically supports people with dementia in their familiar environment.
Your mission
- You care for and support people with dementia at home – individually, respectfully and professionally
- You take on case management and work closely with relatives, family doctors and other specialist agencies
- You recognise changes early and help to develop appropriate support offers
- You are happy to share your knowledge – e.g. with colleagues or trainees in the team
- You contribute your expertise and help to further develop our dementia-specific services
Your backpack
- Diploma as a nurse HF/FH (or equivalent SRK recognition)
- CAS Person-centred Care of People with Dementia or further training as a Dementia Coach is an advantage
- Joy and experience in dealing with people with dementia – or great interest in deepening your knowledge in this area
- Independent, reliable working style and a good sense for people
- You are mobile (driving licence category B), enjoy being on the move and appreciate the variety in Spitex work
