Tasks
- Implement the directives of the Fachbereichsleitung (FBL) and Leitung Betreuung (LB).
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss updates and strategies.
- Execute care tasks according to BEKO SEM and adhere to SEM quality standards QSU.
Skills
- Requires secondary education: Eidg. Berufsattest (EBA) and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications with basic and user knowledge.
- Fluent in German (B2) and English (B1), with another relevant language being a plus.
