What you can contribute to:
- Management of changes and entry of variables for about 1,800 employees
- 2 salary processing periods per month
- Various administrative tasks related to social insurances (military APG, paternity, maternity, disability insurance, unemployment, etc.)
- Processing and reporting of absences due to illness, accident, military service, etc. (including calculation of benefits)
- Management of family allowances and withholding taxes in 6 cantons.
What you bring:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent experience
- Excellent stress management
- Very good organization and autonomy in work
- Comfort with numbers
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Very good knowledge of M365 tools, knowledge of SAP or another ERP is an asset
