Requirements

Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
Experience in training and vocational education as well as enthusiasm for talent development
Strong leadership skills and pronounced conceptual thinking ability
High quality awareness and respectful, cooperative working style
Ideally completed further training as a vocational trainer
