Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing as Training Manager

• Independently plan and structure training for polymechanics and production mechanics
• Develop and implement modern training concepts
• Ensure and continuously improve training quality
• Recruit and support trial apprentices as well as apprentices

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
• Experience in training and vocational education as well as enthusiasm for talent development
• Strong leadership skills and pronounced conceptual thinking ability
• High quality awareness and respectful, cooperative working style
• Ideally completed further training as a vocational trainer

• Design of a central training area with great scope for development
• Close cooperation with management in a strategically important role
